Any student of history will find if they read more than 2 sources on one subject some contradictions. This then requires that the researcher or history lover to dig deep and compare bibliographies and do cross research for the truth. This is also very true in Art History which is rife with untrue stories passed own through time to the point where they have become accepted by virtue of sheer volume and repetition as fact. Reader beware.
Research much on your own ask questions and compare the responses.
